Some questions to consider whilst you look through the reports:

• What information is on the cover sheet, does it look nice?
• Have a good look at the reports, how easy they would be to read?
• Could you extract information quickly without reading the whole report?
• Is there anything you don't like about the report?
• Are there any style or navigation elements (such as tables and executive summaries) that you think work really well?
• What type of report is it, information, research or proposal, can you identify the elements that are there (see types of reports)?
• Is there anything you really like about the report?
